Hi, I’m Anna

I help companies set the foundation on their customer-facing teams, from onboarding to ongoing training and scalable processes, allowing them to grow their teams and revenue, and to invest in the development of each individual’s skills. After establishing enablement teams at fast-growing start-ups including Intercom and Envoy, I now bring that experience to every client I work with.

By working with each business and team’s unique culture, I design processes, programs and training to complement the greatness that already exists within the company. My philosophy is that everybody should have access to opportunities to help them grow, and I love partnering with teams to make this a reality.
